The 2015 BMW 4 Series continues to be a top pick for a luxury sport coupe or convertible. This is the second year for the 4 Series, and there have been no serious changes because it did so well on its debut. Features
Each model comes in two trims: 428i and 435i, offered with rear-wheel-drive or BMW's xDrive (all-wheel-drive). The 428i trims are well-equipped and get luxurious highlights including remote entry and push-button start, 17-inch wheels, leatherette upholstery, dual-zone climate control, 8-way power front seats with lumbar, BMW's iDrive electronics interface with a 6.5-inch display screen, BMW assist and a nine-speaker sound system. Eight-speed automatic transmissions are standard, with the options for a manual, except on the Gran Coupe.

The 428i Coupe and Gran Coupe can achieve a combined 27 miles per gallon city and highway driving with the automatic transmission. The models with manual transmissions, the automatic convertible, and xDrive models all earn slightly less than this, so you're doing well with fuel efficiency no matter what trim or model you choose. The 435i Coupe automatic and Gran Coupe earn 25 miles per gallon combined, while the xDrive drops only slightly to 24 combined with auto and 23 with a manual transmission.
